Heaton Mersey: A Stroll Through Time (2015)

HMVCG is pleased to welcome back our favourite local historian, Audrey Butler to take us on a literary stroll of the history of Heaton Mersey – from when the bleachworks opened up to modern day Heaton Mersey.

After the talk we will hand out free copies of our self guided Heaton Mersey Heritage Walk for anyone wanting to take their own stroll around the village and find out more about the history of this area. Information about this is given here.  Free copies can be collected after the event from Joules Estate Agents, 464 Didsbury Road, Heaton Mersey.
