Please join Cheshire Wildlife Trust volunteers at the Sidings community orchard in Mersey Vale Nature Park where they will be applying mulch to the fruit trees.
Tools, gloves, hi vis jackets, hot drinks & biscuits provided.
They will be working between 10am to 3pm. Come along when you can. Any time you can spare will help make a difference and be much appreciated.
THINGS TO BRING: Drinking water. Weather appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. You may want to bring your own gloves.
TIME & PLACE: Meet up at 10am at the picnic bench on the right of the Sidings Orchard access path. Nearest park entrance to this is Craig Road (opposite Ravenswood Avenue SK4 2BR). If you arrive later please look out for volunteers working in the orchard.
Please note: If you are under 16 years you need to be accompanied by an adult.
